At Golf & Leisure Villas we pride ourselves on the professional but personal service we offer our clients. Caroline and Geoff have together built up a property and golf business since 2006 with Caroline working on all aspects of the Property side, being a licenced Real Estate Agent, a designer with vast building knowledge and experience renovating old style properties into contemporary, light spaces ideal for modern day living, looking after property for clients who have purchased through Golf & Leisure Villas or have a renovation project completed or clients who want someone to handle all of the rentals and management of their homes.
Geoff’s expertise as a professional golfer is keen to share his golf knowledge and tips and always willing to play a round of golf. Geoff arranges and organises golf trips, golf society trips, golf holidays from the hotel accommodation, green fees, golf club hire, trolley hire, car hire and airport transport, all taken care of so you can relax and enjoy your game.

Our intimate knowledge of the region, and our unique relationship with all the top golf and leisure service providers in the Algarve, ensures that we can take care of all your holiday arrangements for you, leaving you with total peace of mind and enough time to truly enjoy all that the Algarve has to offer.

Caroline’s first property experience was at the age of 14 working with her Mum’s Estate Agency in London. Property and design have been a passion of hers ever since. Caroline loves the challenge of maximising a property’s potential but also listening to a clients needs and the importance of making a property into a home. It gives her great satisfaction to match a house up with a purchaser and to have the opportunity of improving that property is an added bonus. Working with the same great building team since 2010 who take pride in their work is something Caroline values as attention to detail is paramount.

In 2006, Geoff Bacon sold his interest in a successful golfing academy and range in Essex, UK, and decided to make a permanent move to the Algarve with his wife Caroline and three daughters. He soon identified a serious gap in the market for a comprehensive, concierge service dedicated to meeting the needs of both the international golfing community, and non-golfing tourists alike, and today, offering a broad range of services, Golf & Leisure has become a premier port of call for visitors to the region. A PGA golfer since 1984, Geoff Bacon will advise on which golf courses suit your level of play, organise golf holidays and hotel packages, hire quality golf equipment, organise corporate golf days or breaks, advise on coaching for golfers of all standards including beginners and just about anything else to do with golf!
