The stylish space has 3 bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, one first floor bedroom and two on the ground floor. The open plan kitchen and living area has access onto the patio exterior furniture, large gardens and pool area. This is a great location and the property is finished and furnished to a high standard.

The beach cottage has its own electric gates and private parking, there are a few steps up to the main entrance door. There is a BBQ and dining area with comfortable seating.

The main door leads into an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with patio doors accessing to the outdoor seating area. On the ground floor there are two ensuite bedrooms, both with showers and a separate WC Social. The staircase leads to a third bedroom with 2 single beds and two pull out beds, ideal for 4 children. There is a large ensuite shower and double sink unit. There is a door leading to a large terrace with two sunbeds and a small table.

Please note – the main house is being renovated however for July and Aug there will be NO building work taking place. The main house is completely fenced and screened from the cottage.
